First Refurbished Class 159 Returns To Service

Earlier today, the first 'New' Class 159 'Sprinter' returned to service, following an extensive C6 overhaul at Bournemouth Traincare Depot and various corrosion repairs at the Salisbury depot.

The unit, 159103, lead 1L32 Exeter St David's - London Waterloo from Salisbury onwards, marking the first revenue service for the refurbished set.
